Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ASK AIBE Prep platform, the user accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use and by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who accesses or uses the platform in any manner.

A user who does not accept these Terms in full is requested not to access or use the platform. Continued use of the platform after any modification of these Terms will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

About the Platform

ASK AIBE Prep is a bilingual (English and Hindi) self-study aid for candidates preparing for the All India Bar Examination conducted by the Bar Council of India. It provides previous-year question papers, original practice mock tests, flash notes, a bare-act navigation aid, performance analytics, and related study tools.

The platform is offered as a study aid only. It is not a coaching guarantee, and it is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by the Bar Council of India or any examination authority.

Nature of Content & No Legal Advice

The mock tests and practice questions marked as “ASK Mock Tests” are original papers created by ASK Law Xperts for practice. They are not official Bar Council of India papers and are not endorsed by the Bar Council of India. Explanations, summaries and notes are prepared as study material with the assistance of technology tools and are provided for examination-preparation only.

Nothing on the platform constitutes legal advice. Law changes over time; the user should verify current provisions, amendments, and the official AIBE pattern from authentic sources such as India Code, official gazettes, and the Bar Council of India / AIBE websites before relying on any content.

No Guarantee of Results

ASK Law Xperts does not promise, guarantee, or represent any particular result, score, rank, or success in the AIBE or any examination. Preparation outcomes depend on the candidate's own effort and application.

Any representation of assured passing or guaranteed selection is expressly disclaimed. This position is consistent with the professional-conduct norms applicable to advocates in India.

Eligibility

The platform is intended for law graduates and law students, being persons of eighteen years of age or older, who are preparing for the AIBE. By using the platform, the user confirms that the user meets this description and is competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Access, Accounts & Fair Use

Paid access is granted as a personal, non-transferable licence to the individual purchaser for the purchaser's own preparation. Sharing, reselling, sub-licensing, or distributing access or content to any other person is strictly prohibited.

To prevent misuse, access may be limited to a reasonable number of devices, with only one active session permitted at a time. ASK Law Xperts may suspend or terminate access where account-sharing, unusual activity, or a breach of these Terms is detected. The user is responsible for keeping the user's login details confidential.

Plans & Payment

The access tiers currently offered are Starter (₹399 — 10 mock tests), Popular (₹599 — 20 mock tests), and Complete (₹699 — all 25 mock tests); all prices are inclusive of GST. Mock-01 is available free of charge. Prices, plans, and inclusions may be revised from time to time, and the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). ASK Law Xperts does not collect or store the user's card, UPI, or banking credentials. Access to purchased content is a one-time grant for the applicable content and is not an auto-renewing subscription unless expressly stated.

Refunds & Cancellation

As the platform provides digital content that is made available immediately upon successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, save in the limited circumstances set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Users are encouraged to use the free Mock-01 and free flash notes to evaluate the material before making any payment.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including but not limited to questions, explanations, notes, compilations, design, structure, arrangement, logos, and layouts — is the intellectual property of ASK Law Xperts and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India.

The user may access and use the content strictly for personal, non-commercial preparation. No content may be reproduced, republished, recorded, distributed, transmitted, displayed, modified, sold, or used for any commercial purpose, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of ASK Law Xperts.

Permitted & Prohibited Use

The user is permitted to use the platform only for lawful, personal preparation. The user agrees not to use the platform in any manner that:

• Is unlawful or violates any applicable law, rule, or judicial direction in force in India.
• Involves sharing, reselling, or distributing access or content to any other person.
• Involves data mining, scraping, harvesting, bulk-downloading, or any similar automated extraction of content without prior written consent.
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to the platform, any account, or the servers on which it is hosted — an act punishable under Sections 43 and 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Seeks to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or defeat any access-control, licensing, or security measure of the platform.
• Interferes with or disrupts the integrity, availability, security, or performance of the platform.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform and all content on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of ASK Law Xperts, its advocates, and its associates arising out of or in connection with the platform shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for access. ASK Law Xperts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, or for any decision taken in reliance on the content without independent verification.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Contact

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, these Terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi, in conformity with Section 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
