Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nature of the Product

ASK AIBE Prep sells access to digital study content — mock tests, notes, and related tools. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

Because the product is digital and is delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, save in the specific circumstances set out below.

Try Before You Buy

We provide free access to Mock-01 and a selection of free flash notes so that the user may evaluate the quality and format of the material before making any payment.

Users are requested to use the free content to satisfy themselves as to suitability before purchasing.

When a Refund May Be Made

A refund will be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment — where the user is charged more than once for the same purchase, the extra amount will be refunded.
• Payment debited but access not granted — where payment is deducted but access is not activated due to a technical failure, and we are unable to activate it.
• Non-delivery — where, due to a fault on our side, the purchased content cannot be made available to the user at all.

When a Refund Will Not Be Made

A refund will ordinarily not be made in the following cases:

• Change of mind after access has been granted and content has been made available.
• Dissatisfaction with results, scores, or examination outcomes (no result is promised).
• Inability to use the content due to the user's own device, internet, or compatibility issues where the content is otherwise accessible.
• Where access is suspended or terminated on account of account-sharing or a breach of the Terms of Use.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under Clause 03, the user must email us within seven (7) days of the transaction at sanjaykumarji@gmail.com, stating the registered mobile number, the payment reference / order ID, and a short description of the issue.

Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through the payment gateway (Razorpay). Once approved, refunds are typically processed within five to seven (5–7) working days, subject to the timelines of the payment gateway and the user's bank.

Cancellation

Access purchases are one-time and are not auto-renewing, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. The user may simply discontinue use of the platform at any time.

No partial refund is payable for the unused part of a one-time access purchase, except as expressly provided in Clause 03.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Contact

This policy shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi.
