ASK AIBE Prep — Privacy & Data

Privacy Policy

What information the ASK AIBE Prep platform collects, how it is used and protected, and the choices available to the user, read together with the Terms of Use.

Privacy & Data Protection

How We Handle Your Information

ASK Law Xperts respects the privacy of every user of ASK AIBE Prep. This policy explains what information the platform collects, how it is used, and the choices available to the user. We follow a principle of data minimisation — we collect only what is needed to run the service. This policy is to be read together with the Terms of Use. Last updated: 2 July 2026.

Information We Collect

Consistent with our data-minimisation approach, we collect only the following:

  • Contact number (optional) — if the user chooses to receive updates, the WhatsApp/mobile number provided.
  • Payment information — payments are handled by the payment gateway (Razorpay). We receive confirmation of payment and an order reference, but we do not collect or store card, UPI, or bank credentials.
  • Study and usage data — practice answers, bookmarks, progress, and analytics are stored locally in the user's browser on the device; where login is enabled, this may also be stored on our servers to sync across devices.
  • Access and device information — limited technical information used to enable access control, such as enforcing device and single-session limits and preventing account-sharing.

How We Use Information

We use the information collected to provide and operate the platform, to unlock and manage access, to display progress and analytics, to send the updates the user has asked for, to prevent misuse, and to provide support.

AI-Assisted Features

Where the user uses AI-assisted features (such as a doubt-solver), the text of the query may be processed by a third-party AI service provider to generate a response.

Users are requested not to enter confidential or personally identifiable information into such features.

Service Providers We Share With

We share the minimum necessary information with trusted service providers who help us run the platform — for example, the payment gateway (Razorpay) to process payments, and our hosting provider to host the website.

We do not sell the user's personal information to anyone.

Local Storage & Cookies

The platform uses the browser's local storage to remember progress, bookmarks, language choice, and access status on the user's device. Clearing the browser storage will remove this local data from that device.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Consistent with applicable data-protection law in India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the user may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about the user. To exercise these rights, the user may contact us using the details below.

Children

The platform is intended for adult law graduates and law students preparing for the AIBE and is not directed at children.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Grievance & Contact

For any privacy-related question, or to exercise the rights set out above, the user may contact our grievance officer: Adv. Sanjay Kumar, ASK Law Xperts, F-1/7, Sector- 11, Rohini, Delhi- 110085. Email: sanjaykumarji@gmail.com · Phone: 9999374141 | 7599923456.

This Privacy Policy is to be read together with the Terms of Use and the Refund & Cancellation Policy of the platform.

Data Minimisation — We Collect Only What We Need

ASK AIBE Prep is built to work with minimal personal data. Most of your practice and progress data stays on your own device. We do not store your card or banking details, and we do not sell your personal information. Where AI-assisted features are used, please avoid entering confidential information. Once login and server-side storage are enabled, this policy will be updated to reflect the additional protections and rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
