Bar Council of Delhi

Sole Arbitrator
A single person appointed (by agreement of parties or by court under Section 11 A&C Act, 1996) to adjudicate a dispute in arbitration proceedings.
DLSA Panel Advocate
An advocate on the panel of the Delhi Legal Services Authority — appointed under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 to be assigned matters under the legal aid scheme for persons eligible under the Act.
Advocate-Client Privilege

Amendment — Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023
BNS, BNSS & BSA — New Criminal Laws (2024)
The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (BSA) replaced the Indian Penal Code, CrPC, and Indian Evidence Act respectively from 1 July 2024. All criminal matters filed from that date are governed by the new laws. Practice at the firm extends to matters under both the new Sanhitas and the transitional provisions applicable to cases filed before 1 July 2024.
