Calculation: Fourth Schedule, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (model fee; sole arbitrator +25%; ceiling ₹30,00,000 — India Code text checked 02.10.2026). Per s.11(14) Explanation, the Fourth Schedule does not apply where parties have agreed to an institution’s fee rules (e.g. DIAC). “Institutional” option adds DIAC Schedule A misc./administrative expenses per side. GST, if applicable, is extra.
